For breakfast for our family of three, we basically need to make bread once a week. Each time 1000 grams of flour is mixed into the same dough, and then it is formed into a different shape. This time I made two 450-gram toasts, one 450-gram fruit bread in the picture, and four 80-gram hamburger embryos.”

Fruit Basket Bread

1. Prepare materials

2. Put all the ingredients except butter into the mixing tank and mix

3. When the dough is basically smooth, add softened butter and continue beating until the dough is smooth

4. Take it out for the first room temperature fermentation

5. It takes about 90 minutes for the dough to grow to double size

6. Take 400 grams of dough, add 100 grams of washed fruit and knead evenly

7. Sprinkle flour in the fermentation basket, place the smooth side of the dough down, and leave for the second fermentation at 40 degrees and 40 minutes.

8. This is a good second shot, eighty percent full

9. Dump the dough upside down on the baking sheet

10. Fire up and down at 200 degrees and the third floor for about 25 minutes

11. Slice after cooling, crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, enough fruit material, great satisfaction!

12. Finished product display

Tips:

Fruit material can be added as you like, or dried fruit can be added
