Fruity Roasted Chicken Wings

Wash and peel the apples, save the peel for later use. Wash the chicken wings, add salt, cooking wine, ginger, light soy sauce, apple peel, put them in a fresh-keeping bag, knead for 2 minutes, let the taste better melt into the chicken wings, marinate for 2 hours.

Take out the marinated chicken wings, remove the apple peel and ginger, and place them in a baking dish lined with greased paper. Wrap the tips of the chicken wings with tin foil to prevent burnt.

Take another apple, wash and peel, cut an appropriate amount of pulp, put the apple peel and pulp in a small pot, add an appropriate amount of water and boil for 10 minutes.

Without preheating the oven, put the chicken wings directly into the oven, 200°C, on low heat, middle layer, bake for 20 minutes, take out and brush with appropriate amount of water to boil the apples.

Put it in the oven again and bake for 10 minutes. Put 2 slices of cooked apples.
