Fu Lu Shou Xi Mixed Tofu

Buckle the tofu box upside down on the chopping board and cut the four corners apart.

Use scissors to cut off the top plastic.

Gently peel off the tofu from the plastic on the sides.

Cover it with a plate.

Turn the tofu box and the plate over, tear off the film on it, push the tofu out of the box, and cut into four pieces.

Wash the shallots and cut into sections.

Peel off the shell of the preserved egg and cut into four pieces.

Put salt, sugar, oyster sauce, and mature vinegar in a small bowl, add a little purified water and mix thoroughly to form a juice, drip in the sesame oil, and stir well.

Cut the red hot pepper into pieces and remove the seeds.
10.
Place the preserved eggs on the tofu.
11.
Drizzle with appropriate amount of juice.
12.
Sprinkle with pork floss, shallots, and red hot pepper.
Tips:
When adjusting the juice, add a little water to facilitate the opening of other seasonings, and should not add too much.
