Fujian Style Beef Soup

Cut the beef into small pieces, (cut the beef horizontally, cut off the texture), add the shredded ginger first to the boiling pot

Put the beef into a bowl, add sesame sesame oil and soy sauce, grab a few times, and submerge it for 5 minutes! Then add the sweet potato flour, and eat the flour into the meat (there is a lot of trouble if the hand is sore)

Boil the water, (the ginger must be boiled a few times first), put the beef into a boil, add some salt, boil for a few times, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Half a catty of beef is almost two bowls, two in-laws and one bowl are just right 😊
