Fungus Enoki Mushroom with Cold Dressing

Prepare ingredients.

Tear the needle mushrooms and wash them.

Cut the needle mushrooms into two sections and change the lettuce to a knife.

Shred the shallots and diced garlic. (First cut the garlic and let it sit for 10 minutes)

The needle mushrooms are placed in the fence.

Blanching: After the water is boiled, turn the fence twice in the boiling water.

Then quickly blanch the fungus and lettuce, and drain the water (squeeze a little bit of water). Weigh the heat, add salt and chicken essence and mix well.

Tips:
Blanch the water quickly, do not boil it.
