Fungus with Mustard Oil

Dried fungus

Soak the fungus in cold water, pinch off the roots, and clean

Boil the cleaned fungus with water

Cool water

Control dry moisture and plate

Chopped bell peppers and green onions

Put in salt, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, etc. Don’t forget to put in mustard oil

Tips:
The mustard oil is more delicious, but it should not be overdone.
