Fungus with Mustard Oil

Dried fungus

Mustard paste or mustard oil

Soak the fungus in cold water, pinch off the roots and clean them.

Boil the cleaned fungus with water

Cool water
6.
Control the moisture and load it on the plate.

Chop red and green peppers and green onions.

Put in salt, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, etc. Don’t forget to put in mustard oil
9.
Dip it or pour the juice on the fungus and mix it up.
Tips:
The mustard oil is more delicious, but it should not be overdone.
