Wash the lamb leg and drain the water, slice or dice, mince the green onion and ginger.

Tips:
After washing the lamb, be sure to control the moisture. Add chili and cumin according to your taste. Use high fire throughout the whole process of frying. The seasoning is prepared in advance and the time should not be too long.
