High temperatures and damp heat also come unexpectedly with the approach of summer. No appetite, don’t want to eat, don’t want to eat, still don’t want to eat...
Summer vegetables are particularly abundant. You might as well use some seasonal fruits and vegetables to make a garden salad to detoxify your body, diarrhea, open your taste buds, and replenish your body with energy.

Garden Salad

1. Black fungus bubble hair wash

2. Wash the small tomatoes and cut the large ones in half

3. Spiced quail eggs cut in half

4. Red pepper cut into elephant eye pieces

5. Onion diced

6. Potatoes peeled and cut into pieces with a hob

7. Wash cucumber and cut into hob pieces

8. Kuju wash and control water

9. Add water and salt to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the fungus and cook until it is dead. Remove and cool.

10. Pour the potatoes and cook until the soft potato noodles are removed and cool

11. Put the cucumbers in a bowl and add a little salt to marinate for 5 minutes, then pour out the water

12. Add potato wedges, sugar and apple cider vinegar, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes

13. Add the remaining ingredients

14. Add lemon salad juice and mix well

15. Finally, add bitter chrysanthemum and quail eggs, sprinkle a little black pepper and serve.

Tips:

1. The ingredients can be diversified.
2. If you don't have lemon salad juice, you can use rice vinegar, salt, sugar, and light soy sauce according to your taste.
