Garlic Abalone
1.
Wash the purchased abalone, use a brush to remove the black dirt on the side, and place it on the plate. Mash the garlic into minced garlic, shred the green onion, and cut the chili pepper into red pepper rings.
2.
(Please forgive me for being lazy and not taking pictures) Put a small amount of cooking oil in the wok, pour half of the garlic and fry it until golden brown, then take it out and spread it on top of the abalone
3.
Put the water in the steamer and boil, place the abalone in the pot and steam for 7-9 minutes (depending on the size of the abalone)
4.
Take out the steamed abalone and spread the remaining half of the unfried garlic, green onion and chili rings
5.
Take the wok, pour some cooking oil and cook until it smokes, then pour it on the abalone, and you’re done when you hear the sound of "Boo"~~Finally, pour in the steamed fish soy sauce and start eating.
Tips:
1. The minced garlic produced in this way is called "Golden and Silver Garlic". Half of the fried garlic is very fragrant, and half is not fried but choked with hot oil at the end. This kind of garlic is slightly spicy, and the two are combined. The taste is the best, if you find it troublesome, you can just fry it all or not at all
2. The steaming time of abalone should not be too long, otherwise it will be too old to chew
3. Chili rings can bring out the spiciness and play a decorative role at the same time, you can don’t like them
4. The last oil used for choking must be burned until it smokes, otherwise the onion flavor will not be produced.
5. When I made the garlic, there was no salt in the garlic, only the salty taste of the steamed fish soy sauce. For children's shoes with a heavier taste, salt can be added to the garlic.
