Garlic Baguette
1.
One French stick, cut diagonally into slices, with a thickness of about 1.5cm.
2.
Half of garlic and shallots, chopped, add appropriate amount of corn oil, butter and salt and mix well. You can also use olive oil or corn oil only, depending on your preference.
3.
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put greased paper on the baking tray and spread the garlic sauce evenly on the bread slices.
4.
Put it into the middle of the oven at 160°C for about 20 minutes.
5.
After roasting, it cools naturally, and a bite is crispy and scumming, full of garlic fragrance. If you can't finish it, keep it tightly sealed. If it regains moisture, bake it in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes to restore its crispness.
