Garlic Boy Chicken
1.
The boy chicken brought by the mother-in-law has been cleaned up, just wash it
2.
Use kitchen scissors to cut into small pieces, the boy chicken is tender and easy to cut (I am a lazy person, so I don’t need to wash the cutting board)
3.
Pour a little bit more oil into the pot and heat it over medium heat, then pour the chicken nuggets and stir continuously
4.
Stir-fry until the water is dry and the fat of the chicken nuggets overflows. Turn to low heat and add some salt to stir fry even
5.
Pour in a small amount of dark soy sauce and stir fry for color
6.
Add a spoonful of bean paste and stir fry evenly
7.
Then pour in boiling water that is flush with the chicken nuggets and bring to a boil. I use domestic broiler chickens, the meat is firm, so the amount of water is appropriate, the amount of water in the feed chickens you buy should be reduced, and the ones that are easy to cook
8.
Cover the pot and turn to low heat to simmer
9.
When boiling until there is a little and a half water left, add garlic cloves and simmer again until the soup is almost dried. When simmering, add a piece of chicken to taste soft and hard. If it is already soft, boil the soup on high heat. If there is no soup left and the chicken is still a bit hard, then add some boiling water and simmer
10.
Burn it and install it! The smell of garlic and meat permeated the whole room, making one eager to take a bite.
Tips:
1: Chicken nuggets must be fried dry before adding seasonings to continue fried
2: Add boiling water when braising
3: Domestic chicken is compact and needs more water; if you buy feed chicken, the water should be reduced.
