Garlic Broccoli
1.
Remove the old leaves and roots of broccoli, divide them into small rooms and wash them.
2.
Cut off the root part of the peeled garlic clove and press it into a garlic paste with a garlic press.
3.
Put the mashed garlic in a hot oil pan and bake it over a medium-to-small heat.
4.
Add the broccoli again, stir a few times and add a small amount of water (1/4 cup). When the broccoli starts to soften, add salt to taste.
Tips:
1. Pay attention to the selection of broccoli: the color is close to dark green, the shape is close to a perfect circle and the order is tight.
2. Personally like the crispy texture, so the broccoli is just fried for too long. If there are elderly people at home, you can roast for a little longer.
3. This dish is mainly roasted garlic to enhance the flavor, so garlic cloves should be used more. The same garlic paste + white wine + salt + oil + mussels are also delicious😋
