Garlic Carob Potatoes
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Potatoes are digged into lumps with a spoon. I think that potatoes are better to dig with a spoon than to cut them with a knife. After passing it over with water, it will stick to the pot if you don’t wash it.
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add potatoes to 80% of the heat and stir fry until the surface changes color
4.
Add the beans and stir-fry until the color changes
5.
Add soy sauce, light soy sauce, a small amount of thirteen spice powder, stir fry for a while, add salt, and then add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and stuff for a while [about eight minutes], stir fry a few times in the middle
6.
Add garlic and heat up the soup
7.
Out of the pot, serve!
Tips:
The amount of water should be moderate, not too much, not too little, or it’s not easy to dry the pot. I personally think that if you use meat oil, it tastes better.
