Every time I cook seriously, I want to make my family happy and have a different taste.

Garlic Chicken Middle Wing

1. Cut the two sides of the chicken wings with two knives, in order to better taste

2. Prepare light soy sauce, ginger and corn starch

3. Put the chicken wings in, grab and mix evenly, about 10 minutes

4. Cut red pepper into cubes, mince green onion

5. Fry the marinated chicken wings in hot oil. Pay attention to the heat. When frying, fry slowly on low heat

6. Be careful to turn it over during frying, don’t lose it

7. Put the green onion, ginger and garlic into it and sauté until fragrant, then add the chili

8. Add chili and stir fry, if you don’t like chili, you can leave it alone

9. Add some water and simmer for a while, the fire will collect the juice

10. Arrange the chicken wings, of course you can ignore this step if you find it troublesome

11. Does it seem appetizing?

Tips:

When frying chicken wings, remember to fry them slowly over low heat. If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave out chili
