Garlic Chicken Wings

1. Finely chop dried shallots, garlic and ginger. Chili cut into small pieces

2. Wash the chicken wings and cut in half for more flavor

3. Put green onion, ginger, garlic, a little sugar, a little cooking wine, a little salt, a little soy sauce, and oyster sauce into the chicken wings. Mix a little cornstarch evenly. Marinate for a while.

4. Heat the wok and pour the oil into the pan. Lower the chicken wings and fry on medium heat until the surface is golden.

5. Pour in a little water and stir fry for a while.

6. Pour hot water again to soak the chicken wings. Bring to a high heat and turn to a low heat to simmer until the soup is dry.
