Garlic Chicken Wings

Finely chop dried shallots, garlic and ginger. Chili cut into small pieces

Wash the chicken wings and cut in half for more flavor

Put green onion, ginger, garlic, a little sugar, a little cooking wine, a little salt, a little soy sauce, and oyster sauce into the chicken wings. Mix a little cornstarch evenly. Marinate for a while.

Heat the wok and pour the oil into the pan. Lower the chicken wings and fry on medium heat until the surface is golden.
