Garlic Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and change the knife to make them taste better when marinated.

Add sliced ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence to marinate the chicken wings for half an hour.

The garlic is flattened, the leather is removed, and chopped for later use.
