Garlic Chili Sauce

Peel the garlic rice, wash and drain.

Wash all the peppers, drain the water and set aside.

Put peanut oil in the pan, pour the squeezed chili and chopped garlic rice. (The pepper is too spicy, so I use a juicer to squeeze it. I chop the garlic rice by hand), add another tomato and squeeze it with a juicer.

Stir-fry on high heat, stir-fry for aroma, turn to medium heat and stir-fry for 5 to 10 minutes, then add salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce, white vinegar, and white sugar to stir-fry evenly, then let cool and put in a bottle. (The garlic chili sauce I made this time contains more peanut oil)

Tips:
The ratio of 1 chili depends on personal preference, I am more spicy, so I put more Chaotian chili.
