Garlic Choy Sum

1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add some oil and salt, and blanch the heart of the cabbage until it is broken.

2. Mince garlic, chop green onion, and shred ginger.

3. Saute the chives and ginger in hot oil.

4. Add the choy sum and stir fry.

5. Mix half a bowl of oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and water, pour into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add minced garlic and stir-fry evenly.
