Garlic Clam

Put the clams in clean water, add salt and 0.5 tablespoon of vegetable oil, mix well and let it spit sand, put it in boiling water and blanch until the clams open the lid, remove and drain.

Add chopped green onion and minced garlic to the bowl, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and garlic chili sauce and mix well.

Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the pot, add the sauce and saute until fragrant.
4.
Add clams and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Tips:
Do not blanch the clams for too long, just open the mouth.
