Garlic Coke Chicken Wings
1.
Take the chicken wings out of the refrigerator to thaw, and wash them with clean water in the basin. Going to the supermarket to buy fresh wings is better
2.
Put the ginger slices (3 slices) and chicken wings in a basin of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes to remove the fishy smell. After cooking, be careful to burn your hands, take it out and wash off the blood foam with water.
3.
Take 2 slices of ginger and shred, pour in cooking wine and marinate the chicken wings for 10 minutes
4.
While marinating the chicken wings, cut the garlic into small cubes and the green onions into sections
5.
Cut the shallots into small cubes, put the green onion and minced garlic into a small bowl, and put the green onion next to it for later use
6.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan, enlarge the onion segments and ginger slices until fragrant.
7.
Put the chicken wings in a non-stick pan and fry on medium-low heat
8.
After frying one side to golden brown, turn over and fry until golden brown on the other side.
9.
Fry the golden chicken wings on both sides, pour in a spoonful of old soy sauce, and then pour in three spoons of raw extract
10.
Pour three-quarters of the can of Coke, bring to a boil on high heat, put a spoonful of salt, and half a spoonful of sugar
11.
When the soup is gradually condensed, pour the minced garlic in a small bowl, turn it lightly, reduce the heat and cover the pot for 2 minutes. Sprinkle green onion
Tips:
Coke and sugar are added according to my taste. I like to eat salty and umami, so I don’t put a lot of sugar and coke.
