Garlic Convolvulus

Remove the old part of the roots of the water spinach, pinch it into small pieces, soak it in salt water, wash it, and drain the water.

Peel off the garlic coat and wash the garlic; chop the garlic to make it more grainy

Put the pot on the fire, after heating, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to heat; turn to a low heat, add half of the garlic and stir fragrant;

Add water spinach and stir fry over high heat

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly; stir-fry a few times on high heat, add 1 teaspoon of salt

Add the right amount of chicken essence

Stir fry evenly, turn off the heat

Pick up the pot, serve, sprinkle the other half of garlic
Tips:
The water spinach is best soaked in salt water to wash away the residual pesticides.
