Garlic Cowpeas

Remove the bean tendons from the head and tail of the cowpea, wash and set aside

Pour proper amount of water, proper amount of salt and vegetable oil into a boiling pot, boil the cowpeas in the pot and blanch them until cooked

Prepare a pot of cold boiled boil, take out the boiled cowpea, and soak it in cold boiled boil

Tips:
The cowpea is blanched with salt and oil in boiling water, and then boiled in a cool white to keep the green color of the cowpea.
