Garlic Crayfish

1. Prepare enough peeled garlic cloves

2. Crayfish cut off the claws and beard

3. Rinse the crayfish with clean water, and scrub the crayfish one by one with a small brush.

4. Prepare the green onion and ginger, and stir the garlic cloves into minced garlic.

5. Heat up the wok and pour in an appropriate amount of peanut oil

6. Saute shallots and ginger

7. Pour minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

8. Pour in the cleaned crayfish and stir fry

9. Stir fry the crayfish until the color changes

10. Add some dark soy sauce and vinegar

11. Pour the whole can of beer

12. Bring to a boil and add five-spice powder and black pepper

13. Add some salt and stir well

14. Bring to a high heat and change to medium and small fire for 15 to 20 minutes
