Garlic Crispy Tofu

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut the tofu into chunks.

3. Mince garlic and red pepper, and chopped green onion.

4. Put 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of starch, and half a bowl of water in a bowl, and stir to form a sauce.
