Garlic Crispy Tofu

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the tofu into chunks.

Mince garlic and red pepper, and chopped green onion.

Put 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of starch, and half a bowl of water in a bowl, and stir to form a sauce.

Prepare two bowls, put starch in one bowl, beat eggs in the other bowl, add a little salt to beat.
The tofu is first dipped in starch and then wrapped in egg liquid.

Heat oil in a pot and fry tofu over low heat. Fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides, and then set aside.

Tips:
1. To make crispy tofu, use old tofu, which is not fragile and easy to taste.
