Garlic Eggplant

Steam the eggplant.

Prepare garlic, lettuce, salt, and MSG.

Tips:

3. You can buy fresh small eggplants in the summer, steam them and freeze them in the refrigerator. If you want to eat a few, the eggplants in winter are too old to taste good when marinated.
