Garlic Eggplant

Wash the eggplant and cut into small pieces.

Chop the garlic and cut the parsley into sections.

Add oil to the wok, and use a little more oil to fry other dishes. After the water is slightly fried on high heat, continue to stir fry. If it is a bit sticky, add some oil to the pan and stir fry until the garlic is soft.
4.
Next light soy sauce, salt.
5.
Stir-fry and add coriander.
6.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
The eggplant must be soft to be delicious, add more oil; to color the eggplant, I usually add less salt and more light soy sauce.
