Garlic Eggplant

Two fresh eggplants.

The garlic and pepper are cut as shown in the picture.
3.
Heat about 60% of the oil in the pot and add the cut eggplants.

Stir-fry until mature, add chili and garlic, add a little salt and monosodium glutamate, and stir-fry for a while and take it out of the pot.
