Garlic Eggplant, The King of Supper!

After cutting the eggplant in half, make a few vertical cuts on the surface

Spread salt evenly on the eggplant, then brush it with a layer of oil, and place it on a steaming pan with greased paper

Use the Whirlpool WTO-CS341T steaming oven, and the upper and lower tubes independently control the temperature; when the temperature reaches 180℃, put the eggplant in the middle of the steam oven and bake for 20 minutes

After the garlic is chopped into puree, mix it with the seasoning, oil, soy sauce, sugar, and cumin powder.

Put the garlic juice on top of the roasted eggplant and brush with a layer of oil

Re-add the middle layer, continue to use the "high temperature steaming" function mode to bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, and sprinkle with chopped coriander after it is out of the oven.
Tips:
Eggplant is very oil-absorbing, so you can brush more when brushing the oil
