Garlic Hot Pepper Large Intestine

Pre-cooked large intestine purchased from the supermarket, cut into small pieces.

Put the cut large intestine in a basin, add a small handful of starch, add 1 gram of salt, and then rub it like washing clothes for two minutes, then rinse it with clean water, repeat this step and wash it again.

After washing the large intestine twice.

Put a small amount of oil in the wok, put the large intestine into it, and stir-fry for ten seconds on high heat.

Wash the fried large intestine with enough water.

Cut the sharp pepper into diagonal sections, and cut the green garlic into sections.

Stir-fry the cleaned large intestine with oil again, fry out the oil, and stir-fry for two minutes.

Two spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of dark soy sauce, 3 grams of salt, and 3 tablespoons of cooking wine, mix them into the pot, stir-fry for a while, and let the water dry.

Add the hot pepper and the white part of the green garlic and sauté for a while.
10.
Put the green garlic leaves in the pot and fry until soft.
11.
Add chicken bouillon and pepper, add a little bit of water and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan.
Tips:
The large intestine must be cleaned. Everyone may have different washing methods. I used this one my mother taught me. After the starch is washed twice, it is washed in the pot and then washed again, so that the smell is already very weak.
