Wash the spare ribs and wash them until the water is white.

Pick a few bones from them and let them boil in the water.

It should be boiled for about 3 minutes. Pick it up and let it cool in cold water.

Scoop it up and put it in the crisper

Put half a teaspoon of barbecued pork sauce, shredded ginger, five spice powder, one and a half minced garlic, cornstarch, salt, garlic chili, light soy sauce in the ribs. After mixing well, cover the lid and put in the refrigerator to keep fresh for one day.

Take a small bowl, beat an egg in it and stir with two small spoons of flour, take a spare rib and put it in the egg liquid

Then sandwich the ribs in the breadcrumbs and coat with a layer of breadcrumbs.

Let the breaded ribs stand for a few minutes.

Boil the water in the pot, heat the ribs to 170-180 degrees, put the ribs in pieces, fry them on high heat for 3 minutes, turn off the heat, turn the ribs over and then open the medium heat to fry them.

Tips:
Frying food is not suitable for eating more, it's just fine to have an addiction by accident. In order to prevent getting angry, after eating fried food, I usually wash up a pot of herbal tea such as chrysanthemum or honeysuckle for my family to drink.
