Garlic Potato Shreds

Peel potatoes and carrots, wash them, and soak them in water.

Pick a few of your own garlic sprouts, wash and cut into sections.

Put oil in the pot for heating

Pour shredded potatoes and carrots

Stir fry with salt and soy sauce

Pour in a little water, cover and simmer for 3 minutes

Add garlic sprouts

Add vinegar

Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and take it out of the pot
