Garlic Roasted Lentils

Clean the lentils, tear off the tendons on the sides, and squeeze them into inches.

Put oil in the pot and stir-fry the garlic to golden brown

Add lentils and stir fry

So that each lentil can be stained with oil, after the color changes, pour in the soy sauce

After each lentil is stained with soy sauce, pour in some hot water without turning the lentils, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Tips:
Stir-fry the garlic on a low fire until golden brown is more fragrant; the lentils must be fully simmered to prevent poisoning; sprinkle salt before serving to make the salt adhere to the surface of the lentils, thereby reducing the intake of salt.
