Garlic Roasted Pork Ribs

Cut the ginger and garlic into slices, cut the green onions into sections and set aside. Wash the ribs and drain the water. Find a clean basin and prepare to marinate the ribs.

Put the green onion, ginger, garlic, oil consumption, light soy sauce, salt, white wine in the basin, and gently rub the seasoning and ribs with your hands.

Then seal it with plastic wrap for a few hours to make it easier to taste (minimum 2 hours is recommended)

Place the marinated ribs on a baking tray lined with tin foil

Sprinkle a little five-spice powder, black pepper and cumin at the end

Put it in the preheated oven, heat up and down at 180 degrees, bake for about 40 minutes (bake for about 20 minutes, turn the ribs over and sprinkle some pepper)

After baking for 40 minutes, adjust the upper and lower heat to 150 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

The fragrant grilled ribs are out

1: The longer the marinating time, the more delicious it is. It is best to marinate the next day
