Garlic Roasted Sea Oysters (oven)

Chopped garlic, green onion, and ginger into mince

Shell the sea oysters, wash the meat, add chopped green onion, minced ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chicken essence, thirteen spices, cooking wine and drown for a while

Wash the oyster shells and put them on a baking tray lined with tin foil

Put the submerged sea oyster meat in the shell

Sprinkle pepper and minced garlic on the sea oyster meat. Put it into the oven at 200°C, middle level, up and down, 15 minutes (the specific time depends on the personal oven, the temperature of my oven is low), just take out and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:
1. I did not add salt to the submerged oysters because they are fresh.
2. The drowning material is adjusted according to your own taste, for reference only.
3. If you are willing to eat spicy food, you can add some chili powder when roasting.
