Dice garlic moss, finely chop dried tofu, mince ginger and garlic

Put the minced meat in the frying pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the minced ginger and garlic until fragrant, choke a circle of rice wine

Add dried tofu and stir-fry until the outer layer is browned, and shovel the frying ingredients in the pan to the outer ring

Leave a circle in the center of the wok, add the bean paste and sweet noodle sauce and fry slightly, then mix well with the stir-frying ingredients
5.
Add garlic moss and a little water, stir fry
6.
Stir-fry until the moisture dries out and start the pan.
Tips:
♥ The flavour of the fried sauce uses the combination of bean paste (spicy or not spicy) & sweet noodle sauce. The ratio of each is different, and the sauce will be rich after mixing.
