Garlic Snow Peas
1.
Remove the gluten of snow peas and rinse repeatedly. Soak the dried fungus in half a pot of water, and drip a few drops of sesame oil after the water is boiled. Add snow peas and fungus in turn and pass water. Drain the water and set aside
2.
Slightly more garlic than usual is made into minced garlic, and the shallots are cut off
3.
Heat up the oil in the pan and pour a little bit of blended oil. 5 When ripe, pour snow peas and stir fry. Add garlic and green onions and stir fry. Put the vegetables first, then the garlic! This garlic has a stronger fragrance
4.
Pour in the fungus and stir-fry for a while, add salt to the plate and start eating
5.
See if this color is very appetizing. It's not worse than what the chef of the restaurant makes
Tips:
Snow peas must be torn off the tendons on both sides
