Garlic Spicy Hot and Sour Jelly

Slice the jelly first, then cut into strips. These on my chopping board can make two big plates

Shred carrots and blanch them with bean sprouts; wash cucumbers with salt and then shred them; peanuts smashed (this is fried and cooked from the vegetable farm, I think it is more fragrant than the bag)

Put all the ingredients in a deeper container, add garlic, appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate and vinegar, a small amount of salt, light soy sauce and red oil, then turn the container over until the ingredients and condiments are evenly mixed (but do not use Chopsticks and other tools are too fragile for stirring. I have done such a silly thing before), and finally put it on the plate.
