It’s been a long time since I ate mushrooms and taro. Today, I bought some and fry it. It is sour and spicy. It is very appetizing. I like its smooth and tender taste.

Garlic Spicy Mushrooms

1. Prepare a piece of mushroom.

2. Cut mushrooms into pieces.

3. Add water to the pot.

4. Add mushrooms and taro.

5. Blanch the water and boil it.

6. Take out the mushrooms.

7. Cut some ginger, garlic, onion and red pepper.

8. Heat oil in a pan.

9. Add ginger garlic and chili and stir fry until fragrant.

10. Add mushrooms and yam.

11. Add some salt, stir fry in sweet and sour, and season with chicken essence.

12. Serve and sprinkle with chives.

Tips:

1. Adding water to blanch the mushrooms and taro will remove the alkali taste and eat more safely.
2. Stir-fried mushrooms and taro with hot and sour flavor, the taste is more appetizing.
