Garlic Spicy Shrimp

Wash the ingredients and prepare the shrimp. Cut off the tentacles and the hard shell part of the head. The shrimp I chose is 3cm larger grass shrimp, so it needs to be processed, otherwise it will pierce your mouth.

Chop garlic into puree, cut dried chili into large pieces, shred ginger, and mince green garlic

Preheat the pan, pour in two spoons of oil, heat the oil to 60% hot, then add the shrimps for frying
