Garlic Stalk Stir-fry

Cut the garlic sprouts into small cubes.

Mince the meat a little bit.
3.
Put oil in the pot, add the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.
4.
Add the minced meat and fry until the meat turns white.
5.
Pour in the garlic sprouts and stir well.
6.
Add salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, stir-fry and collect the juice.
