Garlic Tempeh Mixed Potato Shreds

1. Prepare the raw materials;

2. Shred potatoes;

3. Wash the cut potato shreds twice and soak for another 10 minutes;

4. After the boiling pot water is hot, pour in the soaked potato shreds, blanch it, and remove the cold water;

5. Minced garlic cloves;

6. Pour edible oil into the wok, add minced garlic and tempeh sauce and stir fry until fragrant;
