Wash the spinach, cut the tofu skin into thick strips, chop the garlic, and soak the wolfberry in boiling water to soften it.

Boil a pot of water, add a small amount of salt and oil, blanch the shredded tofu skin for 5 minutes, remove the water, and set aside

Boil another pot of water, add oil (if the oil is less, the spinach is not tender enough), add the spinach and blanch until it turns green, remove it immediately and set aside
