Garlic Vermicelli Enoki Mushroom

Wash the vermicelli so that it is soft, pick up the plate, retain the water and do not control it to dry, the vermicelli absorbs water, otherwise it will be too dry when steamed.

Wash and cut the enoki mushrooms and cover with vermicelli.

Crush the garlic, chop the ginger, put sesame oil in the pot, turn off the heat immediately after heating, put the garlic and ginger, salt, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
