Garlic White Meat

1. Wash the pork and scrape the skin with a knife.

2. Cook until cooked.

3. Let cool slightly and cut into 3 mm thick slices.

4. Use a knife to chop the laba garlic.

5. Mix in light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and sesame oil, and mix thoroughly to form a juice.

6. Just pour it on the meat slices.
