Garlic White Meat

This is a piece of black pork. The meat near the neck of pig blood sent by my sister’s neighbor to kill pigs during the Mid-Autumn Festival.

Boil cold water in the pot

Tips:
1. Don't overcook the meat, it won't taste good if you can't cut it into slices.
