German Beer Braised Chicken Wings

1. Prepare all ingredients

2. After the chicken wings are washed and drained, make a few strokes on the back

3. Prepare green onions, ginger, garlic and aniseed

4. Heat the pan, pour the oil, sauté the seasoning, and serve

5. Save the base oil and put in the chicken wings, face down

6. Fried browned on both sides

7. Pour a can of German beer

8. Then pour in the sauteed seasoning and cover with high heat

9. Boil, remove the blood foam, turn to low heat and continue

10. Add sugar when the amount of water is not too much

11. Add some salt to taste later

Tips:
