Ginkgo Skewers Pork Neck

Wash the pork neck and cut into small cubes of the same size

Garlic is ground into puree, ginger is also ground into puree, apple is ground into puree (apple is in another bowl, forgot to shoot)

Mix all the ingredients for the marinated meat sauce, then add 3 to the meat, knead and mix until it tastes, marinate for 1 hour and then bake

Wash the onions, carrots, and green peppers and cut them into the same size as pork for later use

Use bamboo sticks to put pork neck and cut vegetables into skewers according to different colors, and put the worn skewers on the plate

Preheat the oven at 200°C and put the meat skewers into the grill for 8 minutes, the purpose of which is to lock the gravy first, then adjust the temperature to 180°C and continue roasting for 22-25 minutes

Take out the meat skewers 2~3 times in the middle, and coat them with bacon sauce repeatedly to make the meat skewers more delicious, and continue to bake them until they are fully cooked.
Tips:
During the roasting process, the skewers have to be taken out 3 times and brushed with the remaining meat sauce of the marinated pork, which can make the skewers more delicious.
