Gluten Stuffed Potatoes

Wash and cut potatoes, steam over medium heat for 20 minutes, wash and cut shiitake mushrooms and carrots (mostly half of the root), and set aside

Peel and mash the steamed potatoes, add shiitake mushrooms, diced carrots, salt, oyster sauce, light soy sauce (or June fresh) and stir well
3.
Press the gluten out of a hole and press the potato filling into the gluten
4.
Lettuce and carrot slices (cut into round slices with the remaining carrots of the filling) decorate the bottom of the plate, and put the gluten filled with potato filling on the plate upside down
5.
Steam the gluten on high heat for 15 minutes
