Glutinous Rice Balls

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 4 hours in advance.

The pork is chopped into minced meat, preferably three-point fat and seven-point thin.

Add salt, ginger powder, five-spice powder, sesame oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, chopped green onion, an egg white and appropriate amount of starch. Stir it in one direction with chopsticks, marinate for half a small amount, and add some water if it is too dry.

I cut some slices of carrots and put them under the balls. No carrots are needed, so I need to put a little oil on the plate to prevent sticking.

Put on disposable gloves and knead the minced meat into balls.

Put the balls into the glutinous rice and roll them so that the surface of the balls is evenly covered with a layer of glutinous rice.

Prepare everything and put it on a plate. After the water is boiled, put it in the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes on high heat.
